DURATION

This is a monthly on going program. A minimum of one month commitment is require, albeit to make sure results are lasting a good three (3) months is advised and proven. Like all the coaching it focuses on balancing training, lifestyle, wellbeing, goal = LONGEVITY

SMALL GROUP COACHING

DURATION

Initially this is a 2 month commitment similar to the 8 week challenge but with a small group of other members collectively wanting to work together. After the 2 months you can continue to stay within the group as a rolling membership
