Strength means different things to different people but for me, strength is most important in the mind but also in how we nourish our bodies and lastly how we train to be stronger
AS A KID, I NEVER ENJOYED SPORTS.
I WAS ALWAYS THE LAST KID PICKED.

BRAINPOWER
You would be surprised at how strong you really are and how far you can push your boundaries. As we grow stronger together my goal is to get your mind to keep pushing your body further that you thought you could.

I WANTED TO BE ARNIE.

BUT IN THE PROCESS I REALISED HOW PASSIONATE I AM IN HOW THE BODY MOVES AND GROWS

We are not about the latest diet fad. We want to find a way to eat for life, not just for now. Everyone is different so an approach that works for your friend might not work for you. We will work together to find what's right to help you reach and maintain your goals.

Training is a part of our lives, not a chore. We move to be leaner, feel stronger and do better. Everybody is at a different stage in their lives so whether it's walking, jogging or benching weights
- we'll start from where you are.
